Bespoke Manufacturing Capability
We manufacture bespoke fast food counters, stainless steel prep tables/wall shelves, heated hot cupboards/ambient cupboards, heated/un-heated gantries. Our laser cutting facilities provide a signature service for stainless steel fabricated goods which can be branded with your logo and business name.
Custom ventilation systems
Powered Ventilation ensure every system is custom designed, assuring space, function and service compatibility with our clients requirements, and is in full compliance with Building Regulations. All electrical and plumbing services can be easily relocated or expanded for re-arrangement of the cooking or plant systems and all electrical and gas work is carried out by NICEIC & Gas Safe (was CORGI) certified engineers thereby assuring acceptance by Local Authorities upon completion.
Practical ventilation solutions
Powered Ventilation specify single point field connections for all utilities i.e. gas or electrical making services by contractors or client saving time and improving safety. Lift out inspection panels are also specified to allow easy access to all plumbing and electrical components on various plant systems. Quick disconnecting duct access doors allow deep cleaning to the ventilation system which prevent fire and loss of air management. All work is completed according to DW172 specifications.
Approved installations
Powered Ventilation are familiar with all conditions outlined by planning departments and Building Regulations in order to safeguard local amenities from commercial or industrial developments. We can provide a full DEFRA approved designs before development. Our in-house engineers and acoustics engineers are here to approve these conditions according to local authority guidelines.
